Orders are fulfilled Tuesday-Saturday in the order they are placed. Couriers pick-up Tuesday-Friday. Typical turnaround is 2-4 business days, however this is based on average order volumes and does not include delivery time. Sales and the holiday season will affect this timeline.
We do not send out samples and therefore, we encourage our customers to order the smallest size available to test before buying a large quantity. However, we will include up to 3 scent strip samples (essential oils, fragrances, natural fragrances) in any order if requested ahead of time by email.
Bulk discounts / wholesale pricing has already been applied to all products. The larger the quantity purchased the larger the discount per ml or gram. Volume discounts on packaging are automatically applied in your shopping cart - 10% off over 12, and 20% over 72 of the same packaging item. If you are interested in a larger volume of a product or a product we do not carry, you may send us your inquiry by email at info@soapandmore.ca. We accommodate special orders on a case-by-case basis.

Once a shipping order is placed, additions cannot be made. We offer a 1 hour grace period that allows you, the customer, to edit or cancel your order in your account dashboard. After this hour has elapsed, your order is locked in.
However, to make changes after the hour is up, there are two options:
(1) Place a second order for shipping to be combined with the first. You must email us immediately after doing so with your request (please include order numbers). Keep in mind If your first order already has a label created or has left the warehouse your request will be denied. Please note if you overpay for shipping by $5 or more, you will be refunded after your order ships out.
(2) You can request by email that we cancel your order, and you may replace a new order including your missing items. Again, keep in mind If your order already has a label created or has left the warehouse your request will be denied.
Soap & More is a supplier of fine ingredients for the manufacture of bath, body and home products. We do not specialize in finished products. However, we do carry base products that can be used as is, such as our Melt & Pour Soap Bases and Lotion Bar Blends.
