This neon is great for soap. For bubble bars and other dry bath products, we suggest using polysorbate 80 to avoid bath rings and staining kids. 2 teaspoons per 2 cups of baking soda.   Due to the ingredients in this pigment, avoid using in bath bombs.  (can cause a sulphur aroma)
