Clary Sage Essential Oil

A must-have in your essential oil collection.  It is a herbaceous, light airy, fresh with a hint of floral and herbal tea.  Very relaxing in blends.

Unlike sage which is strong and spicy and often used to uplift.

Can be used in soap, lotions & creams, hair masks, bath soaks, massage and diffusers.

Plant Part: Leaves and Flowers

15 17% linalool & 48-57 linalyl acetate

Blends With:  Chamomile Roman and German, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Geranium, Orange, Neroli, Lender, Rosewood, Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang

Cautions: Dilute before use; May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided. Avoid during pregnancy. External use only.

Beautiful and fresh! Clary sage is known to vary from batch to batch, and I have some that have slightly musty/very earthy notes. This one is bright, fresh and clean smelling, with lovely "green" notes. Destined for lotion making!
