Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing our products.  If for any reason they are not quite for you, we are here to assist whether there is something wrong with your order, a hiccup with your purchase, a broken item, or we sent you the wrong thing, don't fret, we've got you covered.  Simply share any details and evidence you have regarding the issue with our dedicated customer service team, and they'll swiftly sort everything out.  Just drop us a message to start the return process.

If your item isn't quite what you expected, but there's no specific problem, that's okay too.  We have a return path for that as well.  Items can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive them, provided they are unused in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.  Please ensure all packaging materials are included when you send them back our way.

If you received your order over 30 days ago, we understand that happens.  In such cases, we may ask for a 15% restocking fee for some returns.  You're understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is on you.  We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure your return arrives back to us safely.  We are here to ensure you are happy with your purchase, no matter what.
