To make a standard apple cider vinegar, mix 1 part powder to 1.5 parts water by weight.
It has a strong smell, so minimal use is recommended. It can easily be masked with 3% to 5% with fragrance or essential oils. It is less acidic than other vinegar as the pH ranges from 3 to 5, which works well with hair and skin care products that should have pH ranges from 3.5 to 6. Substitute it at 2% to 5% for the same amount of water in your formulas. It can be added to facial masks, soaps, hair conditioners and other products.
