This is the second time i ordered this pump and been sent one for a 4l jug. I contacted email support and have heard nothing back.
The pump doesn’t seem to twist on the spout of the 20l lid well but I do appreciate the ability to have a pump.
I don’t usually have issues with orders this just seems to be the one item I have bad luck with
Could you make a kit or recomend a recipe without baking soda! The glycerine based ones don't seem to wrk and I've only found 1 company that does it right called attitude. Anyway would be a market for it for sure✔✔

I tell everyone you can smell the difference in quality between the essential oils you can buy at Soap & More and any you might buy elsewhere.
I use this because I prefer to use the base for convenience and it works so well.
