Triethyl citrate is a colorless, oily liquid ester derived from citric acid and ethanol, commonly used in cosmetics as a multifunctional solvent, plasticizer, and deodorant active. It enhances texture and spreadability, fixes fragrances, stabilizes formulations, and helps control acne by inhibiting bacterial sweat decomposition.
Key Uses and Benefits in Cosmetics:
Deodorants: It acts as an active ingredient by inhibiting the enzymatic decomposition of sweat components, thus preventing odor.
Skincare (Serums, Creams): Used for its ability to control oily skin and reduce blemishes, while providing a moisturizing effect.
Fragrances: Functions as a fixative, extending the longevity of scents.
Haircare & Nail Care: Acts as a plasticizer to improve flexibility in hairsprays and nail polish, while providing shine to hair.
Formulation Enhancer: Functions as a solvent and pigment dispersant in foundations, primers, and sunscreen.
Triethyl citrate is considered safe, non-irritating to the skin, and is often derived from natural sources, making it popular for "green" or natural cosmetic formulations.

Could you make a kit or recomend a recipe without baking soda! The glycerine based ones don't seem to wrk and I've only found 1 company that does it right called attitude. Anyway would be a market for it for sure✔✔
I’ve enjoyed making my own home fragrances by sourcing essential oils from Soap & More. Their price is hard to beat and are transparent about where the oil if from, which is not very common.
Excellent little pail
Wonderful, it's my first time hearing about such oils. But they've done wonders in my wash off and leave in conditioners
Talk about staying power in co soap! Beautiful product
