Zinc Stearate is probably the most commonly used binding agent in powder makeup products such as face powders or eyeshadows. It gives very good adherence qualities, meaning it helps powders to stick together in the pan and to stick to the skin on application. Zinc Stearate is the "magic bullet" which helps improve adhesion for powder cosmetics.
The Stearate salts, Zinc Stearate is a fine, white powder with a slight fatty odour. In cosmetics and personal care products, Stearate salts are used mainly in the formulation of makeup products such as eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, lipsticks, blushers, face powders and foundations. They are also used in fragrances, deodorants, and hair and skin care products.
Zinc Stearate may be used to assist the binding of powder in pressed cosmetics. Use up to 5% total weight. Some people use 10% but you will get a sticky product.

Could you make a kit or recomend a recipe without baking soda! The glycerine based ones don't seem to wrk and I've only found 1 company that does it right called attitude. Anyway would be a market for it for sure✔✔
Excellent little pail
Wonderful, it's my first time hearing about such oils. But they've done wonders in my wash off and leave in conditioners
Talk about staying power in co soap! Beautiful product
I have been creating formulas for the Retail market for 29 years now and often need materials for my benchtop needs and it is nice to have them in Calgary. I also source ingredients for the Batch mixes and recently Soap and More has become very competitive in the larger pack sizes 25 Kg +. They always have the proper documentation and when I go in the staff is always friendly.
