Organic fractionated coconut powder, also known as coconut MCT powder, is produced through the homogenization and spray drying of fractionated coconut oil with organic acacia gum fibers. This results in a white fine powder with a neutral odour, a great alternative to oil or dairy in coffee, smoothies, and assorted desserts and dishes.

Medium chain triglyceride powder contains higher levels of Capric and Caprylic fatty acids, like its name suggests, which are two essential fatty acids sought-after for a variety of applications.
