Cool Down (at appropriate %’s)
Mix your water phase until it is totally dissolved and set aside (keep warm).
Melt your oil phase in a double boiler until just melted.
Combine your water phase and your oil phase and use a stick blender to emulsify. Add your cool down phase when your mixture is below 70°C and combine.
