National Shrink Wrap System 18 Inch

This is the most popular system with soapers. Wrap 16-20 bars in a single sealing session lasting less than 1 minute! Another 2-3 minutes to shrink them, and you can expect to process 100 bars in about 25 minutes.

NOTE:  The heating element wire device is a delicate factor and depending on usage may require a repair kit from time to time.  Find it here

You need to offer them repair kits. We have it available for sale for that reason. Please explain to them that anytime using a heating element wire device there is a delicate factor to it.

How to set up:   It is as easy as laying out the mat rubber side up, set up the roll holder on your preferred side, place roll on holder, tuck one layer of film under the bar that does not connect to both sides, pull film to cover the rubber mat, plug in your wand and turn on the power.

Note when first using the heat gun it will smell like smoke due to the new materials burning off.  It it continues after the first 2 or 3 uses, let us know.

Warranty: Only applied to the shrink system wand. 1 year parts & service and customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping to the manufacturer.

Non-Refundable

This system is large enough to wrap gift sets, trays and small baskets. Add a loofah, some lip balm and lotion, (or candles) and create Spa and Aromatherapy Kits in just minutes!

Shrink Wrap Rolls Sold Separately.

Tips for wrapping bath bombs:   Leaving sufficient room between rows and slightly tilting the sealing wand to get "underneath" the bath bombs minimizes film use as well as the time spent shrinking them down,

System comes with:

  • A "free-arm" sealing wand that isn't attached to the system. Much more versatile and productive to use than stationary arm systems (I-Bar systems). The model we stock uses 18" heating elements.
  • A special heat-resistant pad and a cushioning pad that goes underneath the machine and on top of the sealing surface to be used to protect against any damage and to make sealing the film with the wand easier on less than optimal surfaces. Other systems include a pad 13" wide. This one is a full 36" wide (rolls up for space-saving & storage!) giving you almost 3 times the working surface!
  • A film carrier/dispenser that supports and protects the roll of film, allowing it to be rolled out without spooling. There is a special dividing bar on the carrier that separates the two layers of film as you dispense it, so you're not fighting the static charge while trying to separate them.
  • A professional light-weight dual-temp heat gun with high and low settings. Specially designed for shrink packaging. Much easier and less tiring than older, heavier models that don't offer any better service.
Works on standard 110V. Easy to use, the finished product is indistinguishable from items sealed with systems costing 10 times as much! Good for wrapping, bundling and gift baskets.

Love it but...

If you buy straight from the manufacturer there's instructions on how to assemble and use the system. All I got in the box from Soap and More was the individual pieces, nothing else. Even searching online there's nothing available for an instruction manual. At least there are YouTubers posting about it and pictures circulating to figure it out, and it's easier than it looks.

BUT the item description on this website does say it includes a DVD/instruction manual, and it does not, so that's my real issue, not some much the lack of, but the advertisement that there is one included.

The only real complaint I have, and not the fault of Soap and More, is that there is no way to set up the wrap to roll from the left I stead of the right, so if you're left handed like me, I hope you have a little ambidexterity in you. ;)

Still gets a 5/5 from me because it's the most efficient and effective way to wrap your soap currently.
