Cardamom Essential Oil

This essential oil has a strong initial scent, once allowed to breath the soft spice notes come through.

Cardamom oil is highly effective in curing muscular and respiratory spasms, thereby giving relief from muscle pulls and cramps, asthma, and whooping cough. It also prevents microbial infections. Cardamom oil contains high percentages of the ester terpinyl acetate. Use cardamom for all things “belly”—such as cramps, queasiness, or that second helping that makes your belt feel too tight!
