This smells spicy fresh like real ginger, but strangely, when I mix it with orange, it seems to cancel out the orange notes. I am still in the process of trying to figure out why this is!
Hi Janet. All the spice oils need to be used cautiously, especially when blending with high notes like citrus. We recommend 1 part ginger to 9 parts orange.
