For HP and CP soap mix the Himalayan Rhubarb powder with some of your soap making oils and infuse for at least 2 to 6 weeks. Seal the glass jar tightly with its lid. The longer the infusion time, the stronger the colour and properties will be transferred to the oil. Adjust the amount based on your desired colour intensity, keeping in mind that natural colourants might not be as vibrant as synthetic options. Colours range from a soft pink to deep red, depending on the concentration used. It will not mix well directly in soap.
