Squalane is not new to your skin, for our body produces a small amount. However, most people do not synthesize enough of this vital oil, which can lead to rough, dry aging skin. Because Squalane oil is so fine it is absorbed deep into the skin leaving no oily film-with amazing quickness. It prevents sun UV damage and age spots from forming. It promotes cell growth and is also an antibacterial.
Much like a leave-on conditioner, Olive Squalane can hydrate hair, increase shine, prevent breakage, replenish your strands, and protect your hair from further damage. A few drops in your palm massaged into your hair before a shower can help boost moisture.

The olive squalane is excellent quality. I would highly recommend it.
Nice light-medium oil
I've had eczema all my life and I've tried all kinds of moisturizers and it's very difficult to find something that doesn't feel too greasy or gross, actually moisturizes and doesn't burn. This oil ticks all of the boxes. I moisten my skin with Avène water spray and seal it in with squalane oil. It leaves my skin feeling really soft, and it doesn't feel greasy. It's only two ingredients which I know my skin tolerates, so it's ideal for me. I've tested moisturizing one arm with the Weleda body butter I was using before and the other with the oil. Just after applying it they both felt similarly moisturized, but the next morning it was clear the squalane oil had kept my skin from drying a lot better than the body butter! I had first tried it out from the very fancy and expensive bottle my wife had bought, and I'm happy to have found the exact same oil in less expensive and larger bottles since even though you really don't need a lot, I'm using it on my whole body and not just a couple drops on my face.
