Cream of Tartar Bath Bombs
2 cups baking soda
1 cup cream of tartar
Witch hazel (until moldable texture)
Cream of tartar is less water-soluble, so it won’t dissolve as much in liquids.
Cream of tartar can also be substituted in bubble bath bars.
